A street level seafood restaurant in the heart of Norfolk, Saltine offers three sophisticated private dining spaces and seasonal shellfish, fresh seafood and crafted spirits. Varia, an Italian restaurant and wine studio on the second floor, features wine by the glass and modern Italian fare made from only the best local ingredients. On the fifth level, with spectacular views overlooking the downtown waterfront, is Grain – a 10,000 sq ft floor rooftop garden and lounge.
The Chef's Loft
On the second floor, nestled beside the floor-to-ceiling wine collection, The Chef’s Loft overlooks Saltine’s bustling raw bar but is secluded enough to make it the perfect perch for an intimate dinner.
Equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, the Captain’s Boardroom in Saltine is the perfect setting for a smaller celebration or business dinner.

Semi-private and sectioned off by heavy curtains, parties of up to 30 can dine in style in Saltine’s Back Room.
